Policy analysis dissertation

I'm supporting a doctoral student pursuing a policy analysis around bathroom rights for transgender students under the limitations of Title IV of ESSA and the Equal Protections Clause of the 14th Amendment. If anyone would have interest in being on her committee, please let me know. She is hoping to propose this spring and needs one more committee member. She'd like to have the support of someone experience in policy analysis and education.
