I just sent this blast:

FROM NEA HIN:

Hi NSAII Members. NEA Health Information Network has launched a national contest to collect videos, photos and narratives about Smart Snacks implementation and alternative fundraisers, with the goals of supporting healthy school food policies/efforts through success stories, sharing useful ideas with struggling schools, and retooling technical assistance to address submitted challenges.

Everyone connected with a school is eligible to enter (educators, support professionals, students, administrators, and students' families), so please submit your experience and share the contest with colleagues, friends and students. The prizes include micro-grants and the opportunity to promote your school's good efforts nationally.

Please contact Lainie Morgan (lmorgan@nea.org or 202-822-7328) for social media posts, blogs, newsletter articles, shareable graphics or journal ad material as well.

Thanks so much for the support!
