Newer Teachers Leading Experienced Teachers

Hello Colleagues,

As a result of our Leadership Institute I have had a number of requests from our members seeking support and resources around the following topic.  We have a number of teacher leaders who are new to a school and with far less seniority than the people on their teams that they are leading. Do any of you know of any specific articles or tools that would help these young and fabulous leaders be more successful in working with their more experienced colleagues?
