Hello all,
I am working on a program that would help employees in a worksite who feel that they are being bullied - by team leaders, by principals, by other adults. Do any of you have any resources or programs that you could share? I am also going to be working with a workgroup that will be developing adult bullying policies and procedures for identifying and dealing with it. Any support you have would be appreciated.
