Building Teacher Quality - California's Plan

NSAII Colleagues, I wanted to share a report that has been recently issued that addresses teacher and principal quality from preparation through evaluation and career growth.  CTA's President and one of our members were appointed to participate on the task force that created the plan and we expect it to guide a lot of California's work in this area for the next few years.  You can read about the task force and access the report here:
