Welcome Jeff!  I started last summer in North Dakota in this position as well and moved from WI!  You have a great team there.  The first thing I did was to look at what was in place after over a year with no one in the position and made
a plan of action.  You have the unique position of WI having both the WEA Academy and a good base in the PI-34/PDP process as well as some very strongly supported conferences.  Build on those and look to your young members for recruitment.  Let me know if
