You are officially invited to join us in New Orleans for this year's annual NSAII Conference - Leveraging Influence!

We're pleased to bring you the agenda for our annual conference, to be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel in New Orleans, LA from November 9-12, 2015. As you will see from the agenda, the conference begins the afternoon of November 9, and ends in the late morning of November 12, so you can also begin making important travel plans! 

Our conference programming committee, which consists of several of your Regional Vice Presidents, took your feedback into account when planning sessions and tried to provide the most diverse, yet well-rounded, offerings available, all centered around professional issues, social justice, and organizing and engaging our members. Since we're going to New Orleans, we've also planned a tour of charter schools in the city and an accompanying session with Kyle Serrette, Director of Education for the Center for Popular Democracy.

NSAII offers a scholarship to one participant per state to cover hotel costs as a part of this conference.  For those state affiliate staff who are UniServ Directors, NEA has agreed to allow participants to access their NEA UniServ training travel funds to cover the cost of airfare to the conference.  More information about how to arrange that travel will be forthcoming.
